Gaynell Rembert is a licensed occupational therapist and owner of Essential Therapy LLC, which provides professional home health therapy services. She has over 20 years of business administration experience and over 10 years of community service. Her love for serving others is evident in volunteering her services for various organizations and her participation in community events such as Good Samaritan Village – Tanzania, Africa, Alzheimer’s Illinois Association, American Heart Association, Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, and Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana.  She continues her commitment in serving others and her community by starting E.Q.U.I.P. P. - Empowering Queens Uniquely In Pursuing Purpose, an organization which provides educational programs and mentorship to women in pursuing their dreams and goals. Gaynell earned a B.S. in Business Administration, cum laude from Elmhurst College and a M.A. in Occupational Therapy from Governors State University. Gaynell is most proud to be the wife of Dr. Ronald Rembert, Jr and mother to her beautiful children Lauryn and Daniel.

Dr. Ronald Rembert Jr. is a family physician with over 10 years of experience practicing medicine with a focus on treating the underserved with acute and chronic illnesses. He has been an assistant clinical professor in the department of family medicine and was co-chair of the Community Advisory Review Council reviewing community medicine research projects at the University of Chicago and an instructor to medical students at Rush Medical Center. He currently works as an physician advisor to hospitals around the country with Accretive Health. Dr. Rembert received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed residency at Rush Medical Center and at Advocate Illinois Masonic and served as chief resident during his last year of residency. He is most proud of his beautiful family, wife, Gaynell Rembert, and children Daniel and Lauryn.

Dr. Essie M. Hall is an educational psychologist and professional counselor.  For over 10 years, she has worked as a university lecturer and independent consultant serving urban underrepresented groups. For over 20 years, Dr. Hall has contributed to the field of education: served in executive capacity on two local school boards; served as an educator; and has published research.  Dr. Hall earned a BA in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a MA in community counseling from Chicago State University, and Ph.D. in educational psychology from Loyola University Chicago.
